All items will be shipped out through UPS or USPS.
Please Allow 24 hours for tracking to be updated and 3-5 days to receive your order(s). An email or number should be provided to reach you so we can send you your tracking number.
Once A package has been dropped off at the PO, it is out of DMI's hands. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please contact USPS with any issues or concerns.
Please make sure your address is correct. If you fail to do so and your package gets sent back to me due to insufficient address, you’ll be charged a priority mail flat rate fee of $8.75.
Shipping days are Wednesdays and Fridays.
Local pick-up times and days vary. After receiving your order, you need to contact me to discuss a pickup time. The location will be sent after your payment has been received and your order has been fulfilled. Orders will only be held only for a week!
