Refund & Return Policy

Due to items being custom, ALL sales are final. Each item is either hand/made to order. Also for sanitary reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or returns. Therefore, DMI will not give out refunds, accept exchanges, or return. Unless the item(s) you have purchased is flawed on DMI. If that is the case you’ll need to provide proof and send the flawed item back before receiving a new one. Items can not be worn, used, or washed.
